Sorry to mention this, but we are looking ahead to Christmas when we try to give extra help to those in need.
We provide Christmas hampers to schools to pass on to the most needy families. These include meat and vegetables vouchers for local shops plus gravy, stuffing and sauces, along with a Christmas pudding, to help provide a Christmas dinner.
Also, during December, we give out Christmas bags alongside our regular food parcels. These bags include savoury items (such as crackers or biscuits), meat and fish (such as ham and salmon), sweets and chocolate with Christmas wrapping, mince pies and Christmas pudding and also Christmas crackers.
